Praying for the World - Prayer & Research Journal - The Thinking Tree: A Fun-Schooling Guide to Social Studies, Geography & Christian Missions Paperback – December 8, 2021

by Melissa Dougherty (Author), Anna Kidalova (Illustrator), Sarah Janisse Brown (Contributor)

This Thinking Tree journal will help you learn about 35 countries in the world, specifically so that you'll be able to pray for the people there more effectively.

You will use parent-approved books, videos and Internet sites to find information about the culture, climate, physical and spiritual needs of each country.

There is a beautiful full-page illustration that represents each country to color, and the opportunity to color the flag.

You will also become familiar with the location of each country on the map and get to know some real-life missionaries who are currently serving around the world.

You will "visit" each country using Google Earth to take a "walk" around the capital city. Lastly, you will study the lives of famous missionaries whose lives have left an impact on the world.

Countries included are:
  • Afghanistan
  • Argentina
  • Bangladesh
  • Belarus
  • Brazil
